...I'd say 'men' but I've given up that cause, so instead, I'll say, "...researchers". I know that sounds odd, but I really am looking for a few individuals who have the time and 'know how' to do some heavy researching on the net. And no, this has nothing to do with a story.

There are two areas I need help in (for one of them, it would be helpful if you've had government experience - as in city and county government or even know people in county government who'd be able to direct you to the right area?) and if you have the time and love to 'find things', well, just leave a note in the comments.
